When Will UUA President Rev. Peter Morales Meet With Victims & Survivors Of Clergy Misconduct aka Clergy Abuse Committed By Abusive UU Clergy?

And publicly share his emotionally charged reflections about *that* meeting. . .

Just asking, as they say.

In this Tweet which is in direct response to this Tweet by the UUA's International Programs Office about UUA President Rev. Peter Morales sharing his reflections following meeting with undocumented students.

I submitted pretty much the same question as a comment on the 'From the Road: Tucson' post on the 'Faith Without Borders' blog that this International Programs Tweet linked to -

"So just when will UUA President Rev. Peter Morales meet with victims & survivors of clergy misconduct committed by abusive UU clergy and publicly share his emotionally charged reflections about that meeting?"

That comment is allegedly "awaiting moderation" but I don't *really* expect UUA "moderators" aka censors to actually allow my comment to be posted to the UUA's 'Faith Without Integrity' blog. . .

Oops! Needless to say, I meant the UUA's 'Faith Without Borders' blog.

Here are two screen shots of the comment as it was submitted -

Allow me to hereby throw UUA President Peter Morales' emotionally charged words right back in his two faces. . .

What madness! What human waste! I find myself wanting to scream. I find myself feeling as powerless as they* are feeling. But I know that UUA President Peter Morales is not powerless, that the UUA Board Of Trustees and other UUA leaders are not powerless to provide restorative justice for ALL victims of UU clergy misconduct and finally getting around to responsibly reforming the UUA's and MFC's seriously flawed clergy misconduct policies and procedures. . .

* Oh wait. . . I *am* a victim of non-sexual UU clergy misconduct aka UU clergy abuse.

The next time I read a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I imply, I do know it was my choice to read, but I truly thought youd have something attention-grabbing to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you would fix if you werent too busy on the lookout for attention. free online casino slots
