The Occupy Wall Street Protesters Declaration Of The Occupation Of New York City & Unitarian Universalist Injustices & Abuses - What's The Connection?

Unitarian Universalist blogger Patrick Murfin has written quite a good blog post about the Declaration of the Occupation of New York City that the General Assembly of the Occupy Wall Street protesters issued to "explain themselves" on his 'Heretic, Rebel, a Thing to Flout' blog titled 'We Don’t Need No Stinkin’ Manifestos--Occupy Wall Street Finds its Voice'

The following comment that I just posted in response to Patrick Murfin's blog post *should* provide a clue as to just what the connection between the Occupy Wall Street protesters' 'Declaration Of The Occupation Of New York City' and certain Unitarian Universalist injustices and abuses is -

That is quite the manifesto.

Talk about "just the facts ma'am". . .

Of course it's not just corporations, which place self-interest over justice, and oppression over equality, the Unitarian Universalist Association, and certain "less than perfect" "churches" of the quickly ossifying ism known as Unitarian Universalism, are guilty of doing that too. Indeed the latter are *also* guilty of (mis)using the police force to prevent freedom of expression in the form of peaceful public protest against UU injustices, abuses and hypocrisy. In fact, at 2:00 pm today I have a meeting at the Quebec Police Ethics Commission to deal with an overly aggressive Montreal police detective who threatened me with arrest if I continued my protest in front of the Unitarian Church of Montreal. Not that I haven't been falsely arrested on trumped up criminal charges based upon perjurious UU lies before. . .

I dare say that the Occupy Wall Street folk's 'Declaration of the Occupation of New York City' may have inspired a few brand-spanking new picket sign slogans for me to display in front of the Unitarian Church of Montreal, to say nothing of 25 Beacon Street and various U*U "churches" in Canada and the U.S.A.

How do these picket sign slogans strike U*U?

U*Us PLACE
SELF-INTEREST
OVER JUSTICE
EQUITY &
COMPASSION

U*Us PLACE
OPPRESSION
OVER EQUALITY
& FREEDOM OF
EXPRESSION
